With Mick Hourigan's runners in excellent form it wouldn't be wise to dismiss the chances of Dizzy Rascal despite the six-year-old's maiden status as he occasionally produces a decent performance. Stablemate Castle Major has yet to shine and would need major improvement to get involved. BYEFORTHEPRESENT has been a beaten favourite on his two latest starts including when ten lengths behind Essifer in a maiden here last July. He has more scope than most of these rivals and is taken to recoup losses.
