Tamarind Hill and RED SCINTILLA both race under penalty for previous wins and Drumpellier looking to return to winning ways whilst King 'N Dreams is looking to benefit from the guidance of the champion jockey. The selection is Red Scintilla who beat Gazamali by a length last time out at Warwick and has made good progression so far this year. Nigel Tinkler does not have a great record here and has failed to find a winner in the past five years at this track but the rider dropped his whip in her last run and considering it was a hands-and-heels job for the final two furlongs and still managed to win, there may be even more to come and we side with her here. Tamarind Hill finished a long way behind the selection that day and despite winning since then at Pontefract it was not as impressive although if progressing then he does remain a danger. Drumpellier has shown her best run with cut in the ground and Kings 'N Dreams was very disappointing when last seen so we avoid these today. We tentatively side with Red Scintilla.
