A number of these came into opposition at Beverley earlier in the week and there is unlikely to be much between Larky's Lob, Le Meridien and Rosies Result if they all run to form. However, slender preference is for Bella Beguine, who did not get the best of luck in running on Tuesday and will be hard to beat with a clear passage tonight. The weights suggest that the daughter of Komaite has the measure of Larky's' Lob, who admittedly ran a blinder at Beverley, but still has to conclusively prove himself on turf. However, combine the fact that Bella Beguine has been noted as the stronger finisher of those two, it will be no surprise to see the selection win that personal battle from, what is, a good draw tonight. Le Meridien and Rosies Result are others that are hard to split on the form of Tuesday's race and it will be interesting to note which is the better supported when the betting begins in earnest here. The latter has the best of the draw tonight and he will be hard to keep out of the frame with a useful 3lb claimer doing the steering. Joyce's Choice also has a race of this nature within him when he is on song. However, he dropped out tamely behind a few of these last time and others make more appeal tonight. None more so than Bella Beguine, who will have no excuses this time if the gaps appear inside the final furlong.
