Rumble Inthejungle, who beat Well Done Fox on debut, won the Molecomb at Goodwood when Richard Hannon’s colt was again adrift. Soldier's Call was third at Goodwood having had every chance and Vintage Brut was fourth with Deia Glory further behind. Richard Spencer’s charge has every chance here while Shumookhi was impressive at Newbury, though only third behind Little Kim at Deauville in July. Indigo Balance looks the pick of the Irish runners ahead of Gossamer Wings but this can go to LEGENDS OF WAR. Second in the Gimcrack, ahead of Semoum, he doesn’t look short of speed so should handle the drop to 5f.
