      INDOMITABLE is the one to beat in the opener. A runner-up in both starts to date, last month’s second at York is easily the best form on offer and Andrew Balding’s colt can open his account given the remainder with experience have shown little so far. That leaves the newcomers posing the biggest threat with Godolphin’s Blue Mountain, a half-brother to three winners, preferred to Gabrial The Giant.
