A high draw has been an advantage all week at Doncaster and that should be the case again here with Howick Falls the selection ahead of China Eyes and Mac Love. The last mentioned is a consistent performer and is holding his form well after a busy season. However, there is a suspicion that the ground may not be quick enough for Mick Channon's colt. Recent Windsor winner China Eyes holds more solid claims. Trainer Barry Hills has a fine record at this meeting and the daughter of Fasliyev rates the main danger to the selection. Howick Falls remains unexposed after just four starts, his third in the Windsor Castle Stakes, and last time out Listed race success at York, represents the best form on offer and is well enough drawn in stall six. Harry Up and Fast Heart have solid claims on form but have been done few favours with draws in stalls two and four respectively so Howick Falls gets the vote.
