    Verdict

Much will depend on how Turner settles once the race gets underway but he showed enough on his debut at Sandown to give him the vote in this weaker maiden. Thyolo and Gjovic can scrap it out for the forecast slot - whereas Munaawesh is one to watch out for if supported despite running very green on her racecourse bow. The same can also be said of the selection as he swerved violently near the finish when chasing home Cusco last month, but he still held on to finish third in spite of his antics. He can be expected to be a lot wiser this time around and will be a different proposition if Richard Hughes can get him to the rail early today.
