Yurituni and Water Biscuit are respected but it may be worth siding with SILVER LINNET at what could be an each-way price. Tim Easterby's filly may not have achieved as much as her rivals but she is handicapped accordingly and the yard won this race with a similar sort in 2002. The Acclamation filly has plenty of stamina on the distaff side but has been campaigned exclusively over the minimum thus far. She was entitled to need her run at Ripon and looks sure to benefit from this longer trip and will hopefully show up well at a price. Water Biscuit appears to be feasibly treated and it's best to put a line through her run at Goodwood where she pulled too hard. Yurituni has been raised 6lbs for landing a gamble at York but she shaped as though there was more to come. Damietta was weak in the market and disappointing at Newmarket but can't be written off whilst Richard Hannon has a strong hand as one might expect. Hasty has her share of weight but doesn't look too badly treated on the pick of her form lines whilst Bahati was a shade fortunate to escape with a 1lb rise for her Newmarket fourth. There are a good number more with claims as one would expect but we'll take a chance, at a price, with Silver Linnet.
