Verdict

Autumn Harvest would be interesting if turned out after run at Pontefract however JUDICIARY will relish the step back up in trip and is preferred to Lauberhorn and Patavium in a competitive handicap. Mahmood Al Zarooni's colt was a winner at York in May but has dropped in trip for his two runs since. Now back up to a mile and a half and with quick ground in his favour he is expected to bounce back with a win. Lauberhorn has a 6lb penalty for his Pontefract victory and his ease of win that day suggests that he must go close this evening, with John Fahy good value for his 5lb claim. Patavium has more experience than those three-year-old's but his best efforts have come in lesser races with a bit of cut in the ground, Buckie Boy should come on for his run behind Dirar at Ayr and he looks very attractively handicapped with the trainer booking former jockey Tom Queally, whilst Kames Park tends to travel well in his races and is feasibly handicapped however he is better in lesser races. An open contest then despite the smallish field and the vote is only tentatively given to Judiciary.
