SHALOO DIAMOND can cope with this easy surface and lead them home in a fascinating handicap, at the main expense of Mull of Dubai and top weight Emerald Wilderness. Mull of Dubai is an admirable type and turned in a fine weight carrying performance on his latest start, but he has been raised 5lbs for that win which was his first for a year, and that may restrict his chances here. The dual purpose performer Emerald Wilderness sprang a surprise recently, but is difficult to catch right. There is also the suspicion that this son of Green Desert needs a sounder surface to be seen at his best and he is taken on. Shaloo Diamond comes into his own on soft ground, and he has taken advantage of ease in the conditions in his latest starts, both at this track. He has been raised 4lbs for a good effort in defeat last time, but has his ideal conditions and Shaloo Diamond looks a jewel with everything in his favour.
