SANDSTORMING (NAP) was having his first start since narrowly beaten by the useful Stellar Mass over this track and trip a year ago when getting up to beat easy subsequent winner Zabalan over 1m2f at Cork in May. Both runs were on fast going but if handling tonight's conditions he can take this from what looks a lenient mark. Spruce Meadows has finished runner-up in two very tough handicaps since stepping up to this trip and is an obvious danger while a long break shouldn't prove too much of a problem for Tipstaff, who ran in Listed company after his maiden victory at Navan in October. Riven Light, who won twice on the Flat in France, was in good form over hurdles on testing ground earlier this year and will appreciate the conditions more than most but Sea The Lion has been hit with an 8lb rise for a narrow victory at Navan.
