Nibiru was only beaten a neck at Leopardstown eight days ago but a further drop in trip would be a worry. Though his last win came at Dundalk, Fastnet Crown was successful over a mile here last summer and Timeless Soul hasn’t had much racing. He finished ahead of subsequent winner Smooth Tom and Cold Steel when fourth at Cork and his yard also run Vega Magnifico, who will be helped by Hugh Horgan’s 7lb claim. BRAVE TROOP arrives in peak form having won his last three starts on the Flat, two over this trip. He’s been raised a massive 15lb but should still give a good account. Ceallach wouldn’t be far away if fully wound-up.
