Verdict

Polar Bear made a winning reappearance at Bellewstown and finished ahead of both King Of Scotia and Tough Talk when third in a premier handicap at Naas earlier this month. Aidan O’Brien saddles three in this and all have some sort of chance. Canute makes his handicap debut after placing at Leopardstown and Cork. Carracci beat FARNBOROUGH half-a-length at Dundalk in the autumn and was third in a Group 3 on his return to action but Ryan Moore’s mount is now 6lb better off. Both are blinkered for the first time today but the latter can come out on top this time. Red Letter Bray has won twice at Naas this year, beating King Of Scotia on the latter occasion, while Aussie Girl and Devore are worth a second look from near the foot of the weights but Cash Out is making his Turf debut.
