This has produced some memorable winners in recent years and there is every chance of another here. Ed Dunlop won the race with Lailani and the great Ouija Board, the latter following up her victory in the Oaks at Epsom. He has supplemented this year's Epsom heroine Snow Fairy and she's likely to be vying for favouritism. Meeznah and Remember When, who followed her home, are in contention again along with sixth-placed Akdarena and the well beaten Awe Inspiring and the form stands the closest scrutiny. It wasn't the quickest of gallops in the classic and the front two in particular were able to use their pace. Remember When has been disappointing subsequently and it could be the Prix De Diane at Longchamp that has the stronger form. ROSANARA had no answer to stablemate Sarafina that day but had Hibaayeb back in third and the latter has since won the Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot from Eldalil, who is expected to progress and prove a threat.
