In depth

Verdict

Herb Of Grace is 7lb out of the handicap despite an easy victory at Sligo which is why a 10lb claimer has been booked. Shelly Banks is also 2lb wrong at the weights and was engaged in the 6.10 at Tipperary yesterday. SISTER ROSETTA (NAP) had a very good opening season and reappeared with an encouraging run in Listed company at Navan so gets the nod but Swiss Ace hasn't progressed as expected after his debut success at Tipperary. Iva Batt, a winner over this trip at Dundalk in April, stayed on strongly to score over 5f at Cork while Ferrybank made a promising return on the former track though has only run once on Turf. Notoriously Risky has never won and, though narrowly beaten in three starts this season, may have to settle for a place again.
