Verdict

This does not look the toughest of events and Gordon Elliott appears to have found a good opportunity for NICKNAME EXIT to make a successful chasing debut. A maiden winner over hurdles at Clonmel in April, he struggled in handicaps but has always been the type to do better over fences. Killeena House has come to chasing late in life though he did start off in point to points and made a satisfactory start over regulation fences at Sligo. Toushan was in touch when falling on his chasing bow then was notbeaten far behind No More Heroes at Punchestown so he must be a likely threat along with winning point to pointer Itsnothingpersonal, who was only biding his time over hurdles.
