Funatfuntasia has had plenty of success on the flat but hadn't been showing much until a promising debut over timber behind Rayhani at Limerick on Sunday. SALESIN, who finished runner-up that day, is consistent enough at this level and though Boots Madden is finding it difficult to win with him this looks a good opportunity. Bandama, who finished a long way behind, looks held. Cnoc Rua was in excellent form in similar company two years ago and hasn't had much racing subsequently. He should have been sharpened up by two recent runs and likes fast ground while Commandment showed much improved form behind Stakers at Tipperary and wouldn't need to make too much progress to get competitive here.
