Verdict

LOUISE ROYALE was taking on older horses, and a long odds-on chance in Morning Run, when runner-up at Tipperary earlier this month and though no match for the winner she had the rest well beaten. Tom Cooper's filly will take all the beating in that kind of form though she's tackling the trip for the first time and both third-placed Supreme Benefit and Liss Ui Riain, who was noted staying on from the rear, should get closer. Winning point-to-pointer Mollyanna will be well suited by a stiff test of stamina judging on her two runs in May and a long absence is rarely a problem for one from her yard but Mystic Lass looks as though she'll be better suited by further. Allez Gold makes her hurdling debut after a very good run in a Tramore bumper and she's related to a couple of winning jumpers so is one to keep an eye on.
