      Verdict

      TILLYS TALE is given the narrow vote to land the opener ahead of My Mandy and Bazsharani. The selection landed herself in the winners enclosure at Thirsk when breaking her maiden tag. She was well beaten in a Listed contest thereafter but faired much better in this grade at Catterick when finishing second. She could be better drawn but possesses plenty of speed and is sure to go close once again. My Mandy is relatively unexposed with only four runs under her belt. She caught the eye when finishing second of 14 at Haydock on her penultimate outing but was outclassed in a conditions race at Chester last time out. She will fair better against this company so has to be added to the short list. Bazsharani comes form a yard that are doing well at present and that more importantly have a good track record. She ran well enough on her debut over course and distance so any market support should be noted, however, Tillys Tale has the experience behind her and takes preference.
