Trainer Mark Brisbourne has five runners in the finale and we will side with BARBIROLLI as the pick; the list of dangers is headed by Mister Fizzbomb and Summer Lodge. The selection remains on a fair mark and he won well when he beat Kochanski at Beverley last week. He has a penalty for that success but he has a decent amateur on board and he looks to be the trainer's best chance. Summer Lodge won by a short-head at Beverley last month and as that race has thrown up a couple of winners it would be fair to assume that he should be capable of getting involved in the shake-up here. The draw is a big negative for Mister Fizzbomb, even over this trip, as it will place a big emphasis on his inexperienced pilot to get him into a challenging position. Thorny Mandate has course and distance winning form and he could go well at a price, but Barbirolli appeals more and he is the selection.
