There is plenty to recommend TRANSFIXED and he gets the vote over Gillburg and Il Forno. The selection has run well on each of her three starts here and she clearly handles the track very well. She has the best of the draw and she should be capable of running a big race off her current mark. Gillburg could be the danger as he has been in the first two in each of his last five starts. He is clearly progressive and he lost no caste in defeat when he chased home Eight Hours at Ripon earlier in the month. Il Forno disappointed at Wolverhampton last time but he had previously been in good form and he tackles 7f for the first time today. Demonstrative, Dance For Julie and Antonius Moris have not been done any favours by the draw and we are happy to stick with Transfixed who can put his course experience to good use.
