Right Answer has the pick of the draw but is hard to recommend on recent evidence so preference is for Green Manalishi, who gets the vote ahead of Judd Street. The last mentioned was good value for his win at Windsor earlier this month and is reasonably well drawn in stall four but a 6lb penalty for that success leaves him with more to do. Peace Offering has claims on form but faces a seemingly impossible draw being berthed on box 13, while stablemate Trinculo has faired even worse with a draw in stall 15. Milton Bradley's Cape Royal ran better last time and is much better berthed than some of his rivals so has to be considered along with another Nicholls inmate Merlin's Dancer, who has bagged stall number two. The vote though goes to Green Manalishi, who won with plenty in hand at Newbury last time and he has an obvious chance off just a 5lb higher mark today.
