Ed McMahon's Noble Storm has been in good form of late and this track should suit him given the early pace that he usually shows but a draw in stall eight would have to be of concern as would a draw in stall nine for Eric Alston's recent course and distance winner Impressible so it might be worth taking a chance with LENNY BEE. The son of Kyllachy could hardly be much better berthed being drawn in stall two and he looks worth siding with racing off the same mark as when a close second in recent races at Ayr and Leicester. David Simcock's Brenin Taran finished in front of the selection at Newmarket last time and cannot be discounted but his overall form is below that of Lenny Bee. Glamorous Spirit is relatively well drawn but has been well held in his last two starts and she looks a shade high in the weights following her win at Kempton in May. Reg Hollinshead's Red Rosanna has the best of the draw in stall one but a 6lb penalty for her narrow win at Haydock earlier this month makes this more difficult, while Kevin Ryan's Titus Andronicus has been running consistently well but is another that has been done few favours with the draw. The vote then goes to Lenny Bee, who has plenty in his favour and he is taken to resume winning ways.
