In a really tight end to the card MASLAK's course and distance form just give him the edge over Hydrant while Inspirina is also considered after a nice course win last time out. Beaten less than a length by Silent Applause at Epsom off this mark last time the pick seems to have a really strong claim on this handicap. His length victory over Oxford City in May also suggests he's weighted for a big run and as a winner of his only start at this track he should run a big race. Hydrant is weighted to win based on his close third to Park's Prodigy at Musselburggh last time in a race where the form is working out well. Inspirina has a good record at this track including a comfortable enough victory here on her last start that also suggests she can go well from this revised mark. Magnitude should show up better than on his last run with weight removed while Kind Heart looks fairly treated on his return to the level. A very tricky race to end on but Maslak looks the best treated.
