        Verdict

        RESTORER ended the last campaign by edging out Lawn Ranger over course and distance. The latter also goes well here and enjoys a pull in the weights today but we’ll stick with Ian Williams’ grey, who was fourth in this in 2019 when 4lb higher in the weights. Data Protection usually needs a run but is close to the selection on their run together here last August and Alternative Fact would enter calculations if the heavens opened. The classy Fox Tal prefers top of the ground, however, while Dark Pine was 0-8 on Turf in Ireland.
