The lightly-raced Moretta Blanche could be worth following this year and has more scope than the likes of Everymanforhimself and Malcheek. A 12lb penalty may finally bring the winning run of Norville to an end, while Imperial Djay will also do well to overcome the extra for scoring at Thirsk. Thunderball has been in good form on the all-weather and should be prominent from a decent draw while Mr Macattack has been knocking on the door since switching back to turf. But the vote goes to SIOUX RISING, who should find 7f on this sharp track ideal and races off the same mark as when only beaten a head by Nasri at Musselburgh 12 days ago.
