In depth

Verdict

DEN OF INIQUITY is up 7lb for his Newbury win but he looks the sort to continue improving. Warren Greatrex's gelding wasn't always fluent when successful in March but he showed great resolution and this lightly-raced nine-year-old is fancied to run well. Le Burf was uncharacteristically poor on his final start at Newbury but he should relish this better ground, and along with the progressive novice Baily Storm is expected to continue his flourishing record for Daryl Jacob with another big run. Made In Japan looks the sort to run well now returning to fences after a break and good ground suits, while Incentivise is a course and distance winner but he signed off in June at Ffos Las with a very poor run and he now has to bounce back to form returned to his favourite track.
