Another cracking contest in store and marginal preference is for WORKING TITLE. There looks to be plenty of pace on here which should suit this gelding as he can sometimes take a strong pull. A 12lb rise in the weights for his Uttoxeter romp makes life tougher but the feeling is that he can put his match fitness to good use. Restless Harry bounced back from his Albert Bartlett fall by winning in April and this fine advert for the yard is not discounted, along with the classy Duke Of Lucca despite the feeling that both might be sent chasing sooner rather than later. Sir Harry Ormesher looks high enough in the weights, a comment that might also apply to Tullamore Dew as he returns to the fray. Pistolet Noir is much more interesting with another year under his belt and along with the race-fit Any Given Day is respected in this line-up. Chief Yeoman is now 5lb below his last winning mark (in 2009) and with his record fresh he is far from discounted, along with Pickamus despite his record suggesting he needs a run or two to blow the cobwebs away after a break.
