In depth
Verdict
A low grade claimer in which DEACS DELIGHT is a hopeful choice, having at least found form on his latest start when a fair third here. His has a decent chance if he can just rediscover some of his better form. Fact Or Fable needs taking seriously, not least because he's the only one with a recent win in the book when scoring at Brighton last month. He's been in the shake-up on both subsequent starts and has a leading chance of landing a second win on turf and a fifth overall. Dame Laura Knight is one of the more unexposed sorts on show and it's noteworthy that Ian Williams sends her into claiming company on just a sixth start. She's shown enough the last twice to be in the mix and first-time cheekpieces are applied. Quarter Blue may well appreciate this step-up in trip.
