Verdict
MARTIAL ART is far from straightforward but Andrew Balding may have identified a good opportunity for him to get off the mark. He doesn't give the impression of being overly in love with the game and seemed not to go through with his effort last time at Chester when beaten half a length. Thomas Brown, though, is enjoying a cracking run of form and takes off a valuable 5lb. Hidden Belief looks the main obstacle to overcome, although she hasn't fully lived up to the promise of her Kempton debut last October. Nevertheless, she's shown more than enough in three subsequent starts to rate a major player now. Paddy Burke showed some promise on his Leicester debut last autumn and is next best.
