A bumper rounds off the card and as usual in these types of events the market will prove all important but the principals look to be Reasonably Sure, Golden Duck and Beluga and the tentative vote goes to Reasonably Sure. The selection has shown enough in point-to-points to suggest he should make a mark under rules and although this trip is short of his best he is from a yard that does well in this sphere and he is taken to make a winning debut. Golden Duck rates the main danger he is from a yard that is doing well in this sphere and this gelding by Turtle Island will not have to be anything special to get involved in the finish. Beluga would have a chance on his debut third behind Ruby Too but he disappointed after so he can not be backed with any confidence. Goss Hawk showed a modicum of ability oh his debut last season but he suggested he would be suited by a longer trip and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Of the reminder Sister Phoebe catches the eye on breeding and is another to note in the market but for the winner we return to Reasonably Sure.
