Verdict

Stepney Causeway improved in leaps and bounds in the spring and chases a five-timer but he was a long way behind TRITONIC when the pair were making their hurdling debuts at Ascot in January. Alan King’s charge later won the Adonis at Kempton before finishing fifth in the Triumph Hurdle here in March. He’s had a couple of runs on the Flat since and should have too much for his three rivals though I Like To Move It, who ran in the Champion Bumper last season, did look a nice prospect for hurdling at Worcester.
