Point Of Principle reappeared after a break to finish a close second in a Grade 3 at Chepstow and though that was over 2m3f he has no problems with the extra. Serosevsky was a bit disappointing at Worcester but Aye Right made all for an impressive victory over this trip at Kelso and doesn't look overburdened for his handicap debut. Westend Story made all at Hereford on his final start of last season and could progress into a graded-race performer while Lygon Rock was caught on the long run-in at Aintree and will have come on a bundle for the run. Louse Talk couldn't handle Grade 1 company when tackling 3m at Aintree after completing a double but this should be more to his liking. CHRISTMAS IN APRIL changed stables after scoring for Nicky Henderson at Warwick in May and made a very encouraging start for new connections behind First Assignment on this track last month. He didn't quite get the run of the race that day and compensation awaits. Speedo Boy has been in excellent form on the Flat and is on a lowly mark back over timber so has to be respected.
