      Verdict

      EMBLEM EMPIRE is penalised after opening his account over today’s trip at Lingfield but both placed horses have won subsequently and the Gosdens' colt should make another bold bid. Bluenose Belle scored over today’s distance at Newcastle back in April and winners have come out of that race while Immelmann can do better back over this shorter trip and is preferred to Gustav Holst. But a bigger threat may come from the Godolphin newcomer Dubai Vision as he’s a half-brother to a Grade 1 winner on the Dirt at Keeneland.
