        Verdict

        Vulcan has been raised 6lb for winning at Newcastle but Power Of States and Satono Japan are proving difficult to win with nowadays. Ryan Moore prefers the latter’s stablemate BOSS POWER, who struggled with the track at Epsom last time but has won three of four previous starts on the all-weather and may well bounce back fitted with a tongue-tie today. Bad Company drops back down in class and looks best of the rest.
