    Verdict

Atlantic Light may do better now that he is handicapped but is bred to want further so Mark Johnston's colt may be best watched and a better bet looks to be Tee Off, with Retaliate rated the best of the rest. The selection showed her liking for a testing surface when narrowly beaten at Warwick last time and, off a 2lb lower mark today, the Barry Hills-trained filly has an obvious chance. Catlivius is far from certain to go on the ground, while Cherri Fosfate has given little cause for optimism in two starts since winning his maiden at Kempton in May. Baltimore Jack has plenty of weight for what he has achieved and of more interest may be Mick Quinn's consistent Retaliate, who can again be expected to be thereabouts. Tee Off has solid claims on ground that clearly suits though and she is preferred.
