In depth

Verdict

Conditions and trip suit World Vision here, and he looks up to the task of winning from Gangsters R Us, High Cotton and Shannon's Pride. World Vision has never won off this mark, but has done so from just 1lb lower, and has also put up a good effort from 5lb higher, so he qualifies on that score. He also has good form on fast ground and over this trip, with just a doubt over his love for this track after his run here last time. But we will give him another chance to get his nose in front here. Gangsters R Us is back on a winning mark himself, loves this ground and will stay the trip without a problem. However he isn't really sparkling at present and is passed over. High Cotton has a losing run longer than most and just looks a one-pacer, whoever he is up against so it would be a surprise to see him winning, while Shannon's Pride is an in and out performer who has the ability to be involved on his day, but would probably prefer slower ground to be seen to best effect. But World Vision has his optimum conditions and can score.
