Verdict

Lorio Du Misselot was much better for being stepped up in trip last time and can now take this, with Imtihan, Wally Wonder and Tickateal others to consider. The selection stayed on well to claim second place behind Not Today Sir in a handicap hurdle at Musselburgh last time. The going and trip were the same as is forecast here, and he can come on for that and take this ordinary contest. Imtihan comes from a yard that does well here, and Sue Smith's gelding is back on a winning mark. He should handle the ground well enough and is likely to be involved. Wally Wonder is a course winner here, who is capable enough but who looks both too high in the weights and an unlikely stayer here, while Tickateal also looks anchored, though he loves this ground and will definitely get the trip. But Lorio Du Misselot looked a likely improver last time and can take this.
