        Verdict

        Bay Of Fires' only decent form this season has been on this track but she's been beaten a long way on her last three starts. Deliberation completed a hat-trick before a poor run at Hamilton but his rider reported that he'd lost his action and eased him quickly. Belle Bayardo, who wasn't far behind him at Epsom earlier, has a chance to reverse the form on the revised terms. Crimson Knot has a strike-rate of 1-22 but hasn't been running badly and has dropped to a fair mark but the soft ground will suit BLACK ANNIS BOWER, whose two victories last autumn were gained in testing conditions. She gets the nod though Cool Rhythm has performed with credit in maidens and isn't badly treated for his handicap debut.
