Verdict

TINSELTOWN is four from six if his hurdling exploits are also taken into account and the son of Sadler's Wells may still just have enough in hand of the assessor to boost that record further. This appears to be the limit of his stamina on the Flat but he can defy a 6lb penalty on this sharp track and quick ground. Operateur came good here earlier in the month over 1m4f on soft ground but he's performed well enough under quicker conditions to rate an obvious threat. Keep an eye on Phase Shift in the market whilst both Snooker and Bavarian Nordic's consistency should see them there of thereabouts in a difficult 'getting-out stakes.'
