Verdict
Most of those with a run under their belts will make progress, as Lady Gosford did on her second start over 6f here when a close fourth in what looked a strong contest. She looks certain to improve again and has a pedigree built for speed. Spinacre is obviously very highly regarded as she started odds-on for a Navan maiden that has worked out well. She never got going in the race, however, so is best watched for now. Downfall Of Paris may do better now facing slightly better ground but Jim Bolger's newcomers are always worth watching and RAPID APPROACH, by New Approach out of a mare who won twice as a juvenile, could be good enough to make a winning start.
