Verdict
STONES PEAK has struck form in no uncertain terms since facing testing ground and completed a double in comfortable fashion at the Curragh on Saturday. A 5lb penalty is manageable and a hat-trick beckons, especially with Ronan Whelan's claim cancelling out the extra. Drinmoy Lad produced a very good performance to get within a neck of Statue Of Dreams at Bellewstown and a repeat of that would certainly put him in the shake-up but neither of the recent Polytrack winners Bangalore Diamond and Calm Bay have ever won on Turf, the latter after 31 starts. Red Sea Poll was less than 2l behind Stones Peak at the Curragh and was also behind him at Naas earlier. She's better off at the weights here and looks the main threat.
