      Verdict

Hard to be confident here but Drumpellier has been running well enough of late to suggest she can go close to improving a career record of 2-31. It's tempting to row in with the Simon West inmate in her current consistent form but OAKBROOK ran really well at Ayr on Monday behind Orwellian and it's interesting that Ann Duffield's charge comes here so quickly. The Ayr run was on soft ground but he handles quicker conditions and gets the nod. Irrational has shown practically nothing since a winning Hamilton debut a year ago but this does represent a major drop in grade and a better run is envisaged. Dunmore Boy has claims but has yet to win on turf and the consistent Dotty Darroch is well worth a place on the shortlist too.
