Verdict

A low-grade contest affording a promising opportunity for the lightly-raced SIR WINDSORLOT to post a first success. He'll certainly be on the premises if repeating his latest much-improved Doncaster effort when a close-up third behind Duke Of Aricabeau and Picture Dealer. Baybshambles' last win came way back in the summer of 2009 but the ability is still there, as evinced by a solid effort in a large-field Beverley sprint last time when beaten less than 4l into sixth place. Indeed, the previous run when fifth of 14 to Bosun Breeze was even better and a strong showing is anticipated. Besty and Ferdy have both shown an honest and consistent approach to their work and merit respect, although all the latter's best has arrived over further.
