Jim Goldie has done a great job with Killer Class of late and in another poor handicap on the card, she looks good enough to complete a four timer under a penalty. Five furlongs and soft ground suit the Kyllachy filly, and she is thriving this spring, and does not look to have stopped her winning run just yet. An interesting contender here is Moon Spray. Kevin Ryan has raced the gelding over trips ranging from 6f up to 1m 3f, the latter seeing him thrashed 33 lengths last time. Dropped back to the minimum here and blinkered for the first time, it would not be the first such occurence in racing history if he were to go in at a price. Bahamarama has been almost exclusively campaigned on artificial surfaces and goes well at five and six furlongs. She ran a respectable race in similar company last time and is not without a chance. Captain Turbot is 12lb better off with the selection for a couple of lengths last time out and of course that is of concern, but he doesn't look to have the same scope for improvement and so we are still prepared to field against him. Both Gelert and Rightcar Hull can go well for Peter Grayson but look frame material at best, and Killer Class has the class to make it four on the bounce.
