This has to be a tremendous opportunity for Tuscan Evening to break her maiden tag, and if she has trained on at three then the others should be running for place money. The selection has been placed in Group 2, Group 3 and Listed company and is far superior to everything else here as far as the form book is concerned, so much so that if we get the forecast odds of 6/4, which must surely be a bad guess, we'd be prepared to lump on. Eastern Hills might prove best of the rest. Mark Johnston's charge drops back in trip after an abortive attempt over 10f last time and as he went well over 7f at Lingfield on debut there is no reason why he can't do the same again here. Debutante King Fingal is from a respected yard going pretty well and is related to winners of this age at this trip, so a good first outing would be no surprise. Flying Sommelier has shown some improvement in three starts to date and the step up in trip may help, but this is a big ask. Dream Express and Horatio Carter have both shown some ability on the track without coming close to winning yet and while they may improve we'd want to see more before investing, and it would be a big surprise if anything were good enough to beat Tuscan Evening.
