AZZURRA DU CAPRIO is our preference in the nursery with Hortensia and Beyaz Villas also worthy of note. Ben Haslam's inmate has progressed with every race and was probably a tad unfortunate to find Majestic Myles amongst the opposition last time. Seven furlongs around here should not be a problem. Hortensia was thought good enough to take her chance in the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot. The market was not particularly positive prior to her appearance at Chester so it remains to be seen as to what will happen today. Beyaz Villas has plenty of early pace though has been beaten in selling grade previously. Mica Mika seemed to improve for a step up in trip at Redcar and is likely to have plenty of backers on a step up in grade. Hortensis races as if the step up to seven will be in his favour. Azzurra Du Caprio has a likeable enough profile for a race of this nature and is accordingly recommended.
