MANDALAY KING caught the eye on his return to the track last time and should improve to score at the expense of Makbullet and Green Park. The selection won off a mark of 67 last season and ran well to finish third of fifteen at Thirsk last time out off a mark of 70. He gets another chance to run off the same mark and with further improvement to come he will be difficult to beat. Makbullet continued to improve with experience before landing his maiden at Ripon. He was then highly tried at York and disappointed in the process. He is sure to go well on his return to the track and should give his supporters a good run for their money. Green Park would prefer a softer surface but is well treated on his best form. He was good enough to win off 85 a couple of years ago but his form has dwindled since then. If anywhere near his best he would hold place claims. Mandalay King has recent form to his name and looks the one they all have to beat.
