FAITHFUL DUCHESS gets the vote to break her maiden tag, while both Alsufooh and Tia Juana are worth noting. The selection ran three times last year showing improvement in each race. She caught the eye in a handicap at Thirsk last time out finishing fifth of thirteen and connections have chosen to return to a maiden. If at her best she will not be far away come the business end. Alsufoosh has chosen the same route having finished in mid field in a handicap last time out. Mark Johnston has his team of horses in good order at present and for that reason she should be well respected. Tia Juana left the Godolphin camp to join Ben Haslam and has yet to show a great deal in her two starts this season. This is however her easiest task to date so any moves in the market should be monitored. Faithful Duchess has the best form on offer and looks the percentage call.
