Mark Brisbourne has his string in good form now and with the capable Greg Fairley again taking a useful 7lbs off the back of Tokewanna, the five-year-old is taken to follow up her recent Musselburgh success and score at the main expense of Petite Mac and Miskina. The last mentioned has slipped to an attractive mark but may be better on the all-weather than turf, while top weight Pride of Kinloch holds solid claims on the form shown at Ayr in June but has disappointed off his new mark in two starts since then. Course and distance winner Linden's Lady is only 2lbs higher than when scoring here last month but is another that has failed to run up to that form since, while Bond Finesse could probably do with some help from the handicapper. Cut Ridge is gradually coming back to a winning mark but has given little sign of encouragement of late and of more interest may be Redcar winner Petite Mac, although she has yet to prove herself over seven furlongs. There are no such problems for Tokewanna though and he gets the vote.
